Editorial Policies

Jobzgos exists to explain SEC football in plain words. These rules guide every guide, graphic, and tool I publish.

Reader first

I write for readers, not for search engines or ad revenue. Every guide answers one real question, and I cut anything that does not help with that answer.

Accuracy

• I check numbers and formulas before I publish.
• I show my math so you can check it too.
• I label estimates as estimates.

Sources

Scoring values come from the football rulebook. The conference format comes from the league's published schedule. I build my graphics myself from those rules. I skip live scores, so every number on a page stays easy to trace.

Independence

No school or league pays me. If I ever add sponsored content, I will label it clearly.

Timeliness

Rules and formats change. I review my guides often and update them when needed. Each page shows its publish date.

Corrections

If I get something wrong, I fix it fast. Send corrections through my contact page, and include the page link and the number in question.

Who writes the guides

I write every page. Meet the author on the about page.
