DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026. We respect the rights of creators. We write our guides and build our graphics ourselves. If you think something on this site copies your work, tell us and we will review it.

Before you file

Check that the use is not fair use or a short quote with credit. A false claim can have legal costs, so be sure first.

How to file a takedown notice

Email hello@jobzgos.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. You can also use our contact page. Include all of the following.

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. A description of the work you say was copied.
  3. The exact web address of the page you are reporting.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own or represent the rights.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review each notice that includes these items. If it holds up, we remove or disable the content fast. We may share your notice, with your contact details, with the person who posted the content.

How to file a counter-notice

If we removed content by mistake, you may send a counter-notice. It must include the following.

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. A description of the removed content and where it appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days. We will not restore it if the person who filed the first notice tells us they have started a court case.

False claims

Section 512(f) of the DMCA says anyone who knowingly misrepresents a claim may owe damages. This applies to takedown notices and counter-notices alike.
